First time, I have seen it in my friend's apartment. It is very useful for apartments which has no washer-dryer connection. It is very silent while working. Although its capacity is half of the regular washer, it can wash many cloths. It is good for singles or families with one kids or less. For crowded families, it may not enough and you may need to work everyday.
