My grill arrived as scheduled, in time for grilling over a spring weekend with house guests on hand. Grill was somewhat complex to assemble, and I was disappointed to realized that my unit was missing one of the two wheels affixed to the bottom of the cart. Customer service was friendly and prompt; however I first assembled the grill on a Saturday morning (for use Saturday evening) and of course the extra part would not arrive for a few days. I received the missing part by expedited shipping the following Tuesday. So all in all pretty good service.
I've used the grill for about three weeks now and find it quite good - just the basic functionality no extra bells and whistles that aren't useful. Side shelves are sturdy and provide good useful space (free of any extra gas burners which I never use anyway).

I can recommend this grill, but suggest that you purchase it a week before you want to use it for the first time, to allow time to resolve any issues related to missing parts.
