This vacuum is not at all what I expected. I read the reviews and thought I was getting a decent one, but boy was I wrong. I returned this vacuum after my 4th use! First off, it is very heavy and extremly loud! After my 3rd use, the hose on the back kept falling off and was strewing all the dirt back out onto the floor (what a mess). But the worst thing about this vacuum is the fact that the dirt/pet hair gets clogged in an upper compartment that is very hard to get too, I had to use a screw driver to get it out. Not recommended at all.
I ended up purchasing a Electrolux Upright, and I love it! I little more costly then the bissel, but worth every penny!
