After more than 25 years our old bread maker died and we didn't have a clue on which machine to buy. After much research we decided on the BBCCX20 and we couldn't be happier. We use the pumpernickel recipe for our everyday bread (included in the book that came with the bread maker) and we also use the Whole Wheat recipe for our pizza dough. The pumpernickel recipe is fantastic by the way.
The machine is very well built and easy to clean. The digital menu is very easy to see and easy to use too. The single paddle on our old Hibachi was a bear to remove and clean but the dual paddles on the Zojirushi are very easy to remove. It is also much quieter than our old bread maker. We use the bread maker no less than 5 times a week and have never had a problem with it. I highly recommend this to anyone considering buying a bread maker.
