I've had this machine for about 3 years, used it not even a dozen times and now it does not spray out the water/soap... not sure if it's the water pump, or the jets are clogged or what. Of course, it's all plastic... you can only take so much of it apart to try to see what could be the issue with it. I certainly did not get my $200.00 worth out of it for the relatively few times I've used it. However, when it did work, it resurrected my friend's white carpet she was ready to rip out, that was blackened from kids, pets, muddy shoes and a wood stove.
