Bought a vacuum just over a year ago. Was used maybe 60 times and the power head brush stopped spinning. Opened the part and plastic gear wheel has a split in it and drags to the side of its casing. Cheap plastic parts and poor workmanship. what a shame on a German made product. I would not recommend this product.
