The vacuum is exactly what I thought it would be. It has a great motor we had a Ricarr before and it is way better than that at half the price. I was looking at a Dyson but they are so over priced. I am very happy with this vacuum it is a little heavy for my daughters to lug upstairs but I can do that for them the trade off is worth it. I would expect it to be heavy because of the motor it is the best dirt sucker I have ever owned. For the money you won't get better just make sure it is a 4870 model and you won't go wrong. I priced the one that our church uses and it came in at $700 and isn't as good as this one. I'm a happy guy!
